6 ways to stay mentally strong!

There are days when you are at the verge of giving up, there are days when you feel stressed about everything in life, there are days when you don't even want to wake up from bed to face the reality. Yes, I know what it feels like, and let me tell you, all you need is mental strength to face all the adversities.If my words are of any use to you, then here is something that I want to share with you.

1)Don't fear being alone.
The hardest part of living is to not have a person to share our thoughts, secrets, love and concern. We always fear living alone and hence we tend to mask our real face to please the other person and make them stay in our lives. We do all sort of things that comforts them and makes them feel special. It's good until some point. But do you think its worth it? Why do you fake yourself for someone else? it doesn't matter if they stay or not. It's your journey, so the only person who has to stay till the end is the real you! you and yourself that's it. Never repent being alone, That's a gift that many don't receive.

2) Don't live in the past.
No strong person comes with an easy past. I do agree that your past must have scarred you with a lot of bad memories. They may be unforgettable. But, what's done is done. Take them as a lesson, learn from it and move on! Loads of things are awaiting you in future! :)

3) Don't over think on things that you can't control.
There are 2 things to do when a problem occurs, if the problem has a solution, then there's no need to think about. If it doesn't have then there is no use of thinking about it. Either way, thinking will just increase your stress and tension. Relax your mind, only then will you find a way even to come out of a big mountain!

4) Don't let others judgement spoil your inner peace.
People will talk, even if you succeed or fail. But you know what? it doesn't matter! In the end you realize all that mattered was your thoughts about your ideas. How rich your thoughts are that rich you grow! A boat sinks only when the water enters inside. Similarly a person sinks when he lets others' thoughts inside.

5) Don't compare yourself with others.
Know this, everyone has a different journey, there ways are different so are there thoughts. Where they reach or what they do you is none of your business. Concentrate on what makes you better and happy. Your success is determined by the actions you take, the thoughts you develop and the vibes you give out. So there's no point in comparing your life with others and repenting over their success. Focus on your life.

6) Don't fear taking risks.
This is your only life, take a chance! take the risk! if you succeed, then congo! if you fail, you will have a good experience. remember, whatever it is, this is your life and do what makes you happy,even if it involves taking a big risk don't look back.
