Exercise to Remove Body Wastes using Cooked Gourd Foods



Ash Gourd
Introduction
Gourds are native to Asia and Africa, members of the family Cucurbitaceae (Cucurbits) along with melons, squash and cucumbers. In culinary practice gourds are "vegetables". Gourd Vegetables are excellent food to remove body wastes and toxins. It is low in saturated fat, cholesterol, high in dietary fiber, Vitamin C, riboflavin, zinc, thiamine, iron, magnesium and manganese. It is a suitable vegetable for light, low-calorie diets as well as for children, people with digestive problems, diabetics and those recovering from an illness or injury.



Bottle Gourd
Ingredients Requirements:
  1. Ash Gourd / Bottle Gourd / Ridge Gourd / Snake Gourd / Pumpkin / Chayote / Gherkins / Bitter Gourd – as required
  2. Grated Coconut – as required
  3. Coriander Leaves – as required
  4. Curry Leaves – as required
  5. Pepper – as required
  6. Salt – as required
  7. Other ingredients – as required for cooking



Ridge Gourd
Process Description:
  1. Using any or some of this vegetables to cook, make anyone of the following food, Steam cooked Vege, Sauted Vege, Rasam, Sambhar, Soup, or anything else for your convenience.
  2. Need to do only half cooking. After cooking, add maximum amount of grated coconut. Avoid chilly in cooking but use pepper.
  3. Cooked Gourd Vegetables can be eaten only when hungry. Drinking raw juice is always better than cooked food.
  4. Or else, eat more Gourd Vegetables with little bit of rice, whenever you are hungry, if required coriander leaves chutney can be taken along with Gourd rice.
