Ingredients
Eggs- 4 (boiled)
Mayonnaise- 1tbsp
Capsicum- 1 (chopped)
Carrot- 1 (shredded)
Onion- 1 (chopped)
Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
Black pepper- 1tsp (grounded)
Salt- as per taste
Coriander leaves- for garnishing

Procedure
1.Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into two halves using a thread or knife.
2.Scoop out the yolk from the boiled eggs and keep them aside.
3.In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with capsicum, onion, carrot and green chillies.
4.Whisk properly and then add black pepper and salt.
5.Now using a small spoon, stuff the egg whites with the mix.Stuffed eggs with mayonnaise is ready to eat.
