Ingredients
For chicken marinade
Boneless chicken (cubes) 200gms
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp

For sauce
Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Green chili 1
Chicken powder/cubes 2 tbsp/ 2 cubes
Tomato Ketchup ½ cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Water 1 ½ cup
Sugar 3 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Red food color 1 pinch
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Green chili 1
Chicken powder/cubes 2 tbsp/ 2 cubes
Tomato Ketchup ½ cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Water 1 ½ cup
Sugar 3 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Red food color 1 pinch
Procedure
1.Marinate chicken with all the ingredients mentioned above and place aside.
2.Heat ¾ cup oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
3.Add half of this oil to another pan and fry finely chopped ginger and garlic.
4.Add finely chopped green chili when you can feel the aroma and then add half cup of chicken powder , half cup of water and fried chicken pieces.
5.In a bowl add 1 cup of chicken powder, 1 cup of water, half cup tomato ketchup, red chili powder, sugar , salt, corn flour and vinegar. Mix well.
6.Pour this sauce in the pan with chicken and cook on medium heat.
7.Add food color and thicken the sauce.Serve in sizzling plate or in a pot.
