Paneer Gulab Jamun Recipe



Ingredients
Dry milk powder: 2 cup
Suji: 2 Teaspoon
Egg: 1 large
Grated paneer or cheese: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Water: two cups
Baking soda: 1/4th teaspoon
Oil: for frying
Procedure
1.Boil sugar in the water with continuous stirring to make a thick sugar syrup.
2.Mix together suji, grated cheese, milk powder and egg to form a thick paste.
3.Make small balls of this mixture and deep fry them in oil.Immerse these balls in sugar syrup and leave as such for 20 minutes till they swell up.
4.Serve hot with tea or coffee.
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Preparation time: 15 minutes
