Before 10 years if we charge our phone once it will easily last for atleast 4 days. But now Smartphones have started to rule in our day to day activities. Every week some new Smartphones are launching with some exciting features. We will be eager to try those out. And for that purpose, we need some back up in our batteries. Though there may be many games or apps, but when using those we may end up in draining our battery. There are many smartphones launching with higher capacity of battery. But still it does not live up to the expectations.

Here there are some tips for improving the battery life of your smartphone.

1. Do not close the recent apps frequently
Yes. This is the biggest mistake we mostly do. We close the recent apps in order to free up some space in RAM. But the problem is, when we open the app next time it will take more time to launch because it has to start it's operations from the beginning. This will drain the percentage of battery in quick time.

2. Turn off GPS, Bluetooth when not in use
GPS is very useful for finding the location of your smartphone. But when it is always ON, it tries to receive the signal from the smartphone which could result in lowering the battery percentage. Bluetooth is also similar, here the device will always scan for making pair with other Bluetooth device.

3. Avoid installing battery optimisation apps
Everyone wants better battery life. Because of the advertisement of those apps we believe those will help in improving the battery. It's totally wrong, those apps will clear our cache data and again close the recent apps. Those apps will surely consume some juice of our battery.

4. Do not charge your smartphone overnight
Sometime We will put the phone to charge in night and leave that as it is. If your phone is fully charge, it will cut down the charge. But nowadays there are apps running in background. So percentage of battery will decrease to 99. Again the phone tries to charge the battery. This cycle continues and may result in reducing the battery life.

Turn off the automatic brightness or reduce the brightness of your screen. Try to keep the battery percentage level from 80 to 30 and Try to reboot your phone once in 15 days for effective and fast performance of your smartphone.
