6 golgappa
2 tablespoon finely chopped tomato
5 tablespoon sev
3 teaspoon raw peanuts
3 teaspoon sweet tamarind sauce
1 cup puffed rice
3 tablespoon boiled potato
4 tablespoon chana dal
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon finely chopped tomato

Mix together the puffed rice, potatoes, tomatoes, sev, chana dal, peanuts, salt and lemon juice.Mix well. Fill in the golgappas.Top with a little tamarind chutney and garnish with chopped coriander.
