Ingredients
Fish- ½ kg
Red chilli powder- 1½ tbsp
Turmeric powder- ½ tbsp
Pepper powder- 1½ tbsp
Ginger- 5-6 pods
Garlic- ½
Salt- to taste
Coconut oil

Procedure
1.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, ginger and garlic into a mixer with 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil.
2.Mix it well till it becomes a paste.
3.Now, apply this masala to the fish, and marinate it for 30 minutes.
4.Then, take a pan and heat coconut oil in it. Put the marinated fish into the pan and deep fry it till the fish turns dark golden brown colour.
