Ingredients
Chicken- 250 grams
Curd- 1 cup
Corn Flour- 5tsp
Red chilli powder- 1tsp
Turmeric- 3/4th tsp
Pepper powder- 3/4th tsp
Egg- 1
Lemon juice- 2tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
Salt- as per taste
Oil- 2 cups
Curd- 1 cup
Corn Flour- 5tsp

Lemon juice- 2tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp

Procedure
1.Add curd to the chicken for marination.Then add corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder and lemon juice.
2.Then add salt, ginger garlic paste and break an egg into the mixture.
3.Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. If the mixture seems watery, add some more corn flour to thicken it.
4.Marinate the chicken for at least 1 to 1 ½ hours.Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. When it steams, add the marinated chicken to it.
5.Fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes on medium flame until it turns brown and crisp.
6.Serve the spicy fried chicken with onion rings and chopped lemon slices.
