Ingredients:
Milk - 2.5 liters,

Cardamom powder - 1

Recipe:
Heat the milk in a pan to make milk cakes, cook the milk on a high flame first, then after boiling, cook it on a low flame and stir it continuously so that it does not stick to the pan. When the milk becomes 1/3, low the gas flame.
Now to make the milk granular, add one lemon juice and cook it for half a minute; Now add sugar in it and cook it on a low flame. Milk is cooked to good concentration, when the milk becomes thick, its color will become brown and it will also bring good smell.
Now the mixture is ready and mix well with cardamom powder. To make milk cakes, take a wide mouth pot, grease it with the ghee and keep it for 24 hours to set the mixture in the pot. Separate it from the edges with a knife to remove the milk cake.
Now you cut it in your favorite shape, ready a delicious milk cake.
