Paneer is a hot favourite of many a vegetarians. Let's try a delicious item using paneer.
Ingredients:
Paneer- 250 gm
Butter- 1 Tbspn
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Tbspn
Coriander Powder- 2 Tbspn
Garam Masala- 1 Tbspn
Chilli Powder- 1 1/2 Tbspn
Grinded Tomato- As required
Kasoori Methi- 1 Tbspn
Sugar- As required
Coriander leaves- As required
Salt- As required
Butter- 1 Tbspn

Preparation:
Heat the pan and add butter. Saute chopped onion in butter. When the onion turns golden brown add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala and chilli powder. When the aroma of masala arises, add tomato paste, salt and sugar and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame. Add water into this and allow it to boil. Sprinkle Kasoori Methi into the gravy. Add paneer into the gravy and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or roti
