Sathya Raj needs to apologise in public...
Call it the nine year itch, but an old video of Baahubali actor Sathyaraj has now gone viral. And has had some crazy repercussions.
The video has Sathyaraj aka Katappa passing some insulting remarks against Kannadigas. The video which has now gone viral on social media got the whole team of Baahubali: The Conclusion in trouble. Kannadigas have called for a ban on the release of Baahubali 2 in Karnataka.
Today, there was supposed to be a press meet in Bangalore which was cancelled because of the opposition by the groups. A worried Rajamouli released a video, ala Karan Johar style, apologising and requesting the Kannadigas to let their film have a smooth release in the state. He also added that Sathyaraj is just an actor in the film and his comments have nothing to do with Baahubali 2 so he requested them to not drag his film into the issue.
But the Kannadigas are not satisfied with the apology video of Rajamouli. They have asked for a public apology from Sathyaraj and it's only after that they will consider releasing the film in Karanataka.
