Steps To Be Positive In Life
Our busy and stressful lives has lead us to the path of negativity. We think our problems cannot end we have just left hopes on solving our problems . We live our life of overthinking and creating miseries in our head , we keep piling our stressful situations instead of solving them. Who does not face all this , sure everyone in this world faces stress atleast once in lifetime. The ones who have a strong and positive mind find ways to overcome these stressors but the weak and negative minded person just gives up.
I may not be an experienced adult but surely i can share few tips i used to overcome my negativity, hope they help you lead a positive life.
1.Focus on what is important:
You must have heard the phrase life is too short to focus on the negative . Surely that says it all, give all your attention to the important things in life . like family , friends and other relationships. Why focus on things which are not important and waste your time? Give time for your family, for yourself. Do not bother what others are doing, the more you direct your attention to others problems , the more your problems will increase as they need your most attention.
2. start your day with encouragement and a smile
we need to encourage ourselves, we are not always going to be surrounded by people who encourage us. We need to encourage our self to fulfill our goals , our dreams , improve our abilities and skills . as soon as you get up in the morning remind yourself your worthy and capable of doing good at all aspects . As important it is to be good to others ,equally important it is to be good to yourself . Smile and say a good morning to yourself as you look into the mirror the first time in a day and greet everyone you know with a smile through out the day.
3. Make daily goals.
More the ideal our mind is more it gives way to negativity. So all we have to do is busy ourselves with something. Make a list of goals for each day and keep a incentive or reward for fulfilling it and a punishment for not.for eg. If the goal is to study for 1 hour or take a walk for an hour and you complete it , treat yourself with something like tasty food or an extra hour of tv.
4.Do something new
We need to do something to get out of our comfort zone. do something new everyday or once a week , something you have never done something you thought you could not do . It could be anything as talking to someone you never spoke, going to a different place you never went. When you do something different in a day write it down and at the end of the year or month look up on what all things you have done which you thought you could not do and be proud of yourself.
5 Give yourself a break
sure that our lives have become so busy that we don't get time for ourselves. But you are important , your health is important. Stop and think about yourself . Don't let your work control you . Take 5 mins everyday out of your busy schedules and relax . You can learn few meditation techniques which will help you calm .You can even use some mindfullness to relax yourselves.
History of Brihadeeswara Temple
Brihadeeswara Temple is located in Thanjavur that has a long history. Though the year of foundation of the city is not known but it is believed that the city existed during the Sangam period .The temple was built to grace the throne of the Chola empire by the Tamil emperor Arulmozhivarman, popularly called Rajaraja Chola
I, in compliance to a command given to him in a dream. One of the first great Tamil Chola building projects, the temple’s foundations were laid out in 1002 CE.An axial and symmetrical geometry rules the temple layout.
Temples from this period and the following two centuries are an expression of the Tamilars (Chola) wealth, power and artistic expertise. The emergence of such features as the multifaceted columnswith projecting square capitals signal the arrival of the new Chola style
It is also believed that in the Battle of Venni, Chola king Karikala fought with Cheras and Pandyas and also faced invasion by Mutharayars. Later on the city was ruled by Cholas.
Thanjavur under Chola Dynasty
Chola king Vijayalaya defeated Elango Mutharayar and conquered Thanjavur in 850AD. He worshipped Goddess Nisumbhasudani and so built a temple. Aditya succeeded Vijayalaya and ruled the city. King Rajaraja Chola constructed Brihadeeswara Temple in 985AD which was one of the great construction of the Cholas.
Thanjavur under Pandyas
Pandyas captured Thanjavur two times, first in the period of 1218-1219 and second in 1230. In 1230, Pandyas defeated Rajaraja III who was sent to exile. Rajaraja III sought help from Vira Narsimha II who belonged to Hoysala dynasty. After sometime Pandyas annexed whole of the Chola kingdom and ruled Thanjavur from 1279 to 1311.
Thanjavur under Delhi Sultanate
Malik Kafur annexed Thanjavur from Pandyas and ruled from 1296 till 1306. The sultanate also conquered the kingdom of Pandyas and ruled from 1311 to 1335. After this, Delhi Sultanate annexed Ma’bar Sultanate and ruled from 1335 to 1378. After this, Thanjavur was annexed by Vijayanagara empire that ruled from 1365 to 1674.
Thanjavur under Marathas
Ekoji of Bhonsle dynasty was the half-brother of Shivaji and conquered Thanjavur in 1674AD. This dynasty ruled Thanjavur till 1855. Maratha rulers were fond of Carnatic music. In 1787, Amar Singh usurped the kingdom from Serfoji, his nephew. But later Serfoji regained his throne with the help of the British. In 1855, British annexed Thanjavur after the death of Shivaji who didn’t have a male heir.
Brihadeeswara Temple
Rajaraja Chola I constructed the temple whose foundation was laid in 1002CE. The temple was based on the Chola style architecture which included multifaceted columns and square capital signals. Many religious events were conducted here which included daily rituals done by the king.
Aadhaar made mandatory for death certificates
Applicants will have to provide Aadhaar number of deceased for obtaining death certificates from October 1 this year, a move the government said will help in preventing identity fraud.
The notification issued by Registrar General India (RGI) under Ministry of Home Affairs to make Aadhaar mandatory comes amid privacy advocates launching a campaign against Aadhaar and fighting a case in Supreme Court over extending the use of the Unique Identification Scheme for government programmes.
This will come into effect in states in October except in Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya. The dates for these three states would be notified separately.
Applicant's Aadhaar number shall also be collected along with the Aadhaar number of the spouse or parents. If an applicant is not aware of the Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID Number (EID) of the deceased, he will have to provide a certificate that the deceased person does not possess Aadhaar number to the best of his knowledge and it should be duly informed.
The MHA said the use of Aadhaar would help in ensuring the accuracy of the details provided by relatives or dependants or acquaintances of the deceased.
"It will provide an effective method to prevent identity fraud. It will also help in recording the identity of the deceased person. Further, it will obviate the need for producing multiple documents to prove the identity of the deceased person," the MHA said in a statement.
To make Aadhaar mandatory, the RGI has invoked the Section 3(3) of the Registration of Birth and Death Act 1969 and said that Aadhaar number will be required for the purpose of establishing the identity of the deceased for the purpose of death registration.
As per the procedure, an applicant applying for a death certificate is required to provide Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID Number (EID) of the deceased and other details as sought in the application for a death certificate for the purpose of establishing the identity of the deceased.
Any false declaration given by the applicant will be treated as an offence as per the provisions of the Aadhaar Act 2016 and Registration of Birth and Death Act 1969.
According to the statement, Section 57 of the Aadhaar Act 2016 permits the use of Aadhaar number for establishing the identity of an individual for any purpose pursuant to any law or any contract to this effect.
